I have really intense headaches, my secretions are yellowish and green, I have chills sometimes but I don't have a temperature.

The symptoms you describe (intense headache and greenish secretions) can be a sign of bacterial infection.

You can take a decongestant if appropriate for you (please check with your pharmacist if you are taking medication or if you have any other health problems), but if the situation does not improve in a few days or if you have a fever, I suggest that you consult your family doctor (no need to go to the hospital for this type of symptom)

If you don't have a family doctor, you can make an appointment on www.rvsq.gouv.qc.ca or on bonjoursante.ca.

p.s. better not to use your sinus rinse if it is out of date :)
