I have a sore throat and ears and stomach?

I was diagnosed with sinusitis and otitis! I just finished my antibiotics (amoxicillin for 5 days and 3 times a day). I still have pain behind my eye and head. I also have stomach aches. I was prescribed esomeprazole and teva-fatimodine. I have pain under my left breast and when I weigh it hurts.

Hello Madam, have you tried anything for the sinuses, or for the chest? Is the pain secondary to the cough?

In fact for the last two days I have had a sore throat which I did not have before. I do sinus rinse and then when I go to bed or hours later I feel in my nose it moves... and eventually it runs like a faucet is this normal? In fact, before I went to the doctor, I had done a sinus rinse but it didn't do anything and now I'm wondering if I should do it again. What do I do about my throat? For the pain in the center of my chest I forgot to tell the doctor so I wonder if it's my stomach... I have irritable bowel syndrome too.

Thanks for the feedback!
I would suggest Sinus Rinse which you can use as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
For sore throats, Tylenol is still the best option, and you can use lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend for local relief
I also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If the situation persists for more than a week or worsens, including chest pain, you will need to see me again to reassess your needs.
In the meantime, I will remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Hello! Since yesterday it's really worse, I cough more and have a sore throat. I take vicks vaporum in lozenges. I have a headache. I am going to take neo citran but I know I can't take tylenol at the same time. Is it normal to still have earaches and nausea? I have a lot of secretions in my throat. I have sweats but no fever... it's just a bad feeling

I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
The symptoms you describe are common in the early stages of infection, such as a cold, flu or other illness. I would encourage you, if you haven't already done so, to get a rapid test for COVID.
Otherwise, measures such as Tylenol, nasal hygiene with saline solution as often as possible during the day, lozenges and staying hydrated are your best solutions.
If the situation persists for more than a week without improvement, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
