Should I go to the doctor if I have had a headache for 10 days?

I have been suffering from headaches for a good 10 days, without stopping. The intensity can vary but never goes away completely. I alternate with acetaminophen mg 2 co and advil 200 mg 2 co. I get up in the morning and I always have this headache. It is a pressure, a tightness sometimes at the frontal level, sometimes at the level of the neck. Note that these headaches coincide with my return to work following a 15 month maternity leave. My spouse thinks that I should consult a doctor, but I don't. What do you think?
