Forgot to take my antidepressant - can I take it this morning or should I wait until tonight and skip a dose?

In general, if you forget to take a medication (note that this does not apply in all cases, it is preferable to always check with a pharmacist!), it is possible to take the forgotten dose when you notice it if the next dose is not too close. In your case, since it is currently noon and your next dose is in less than 12 hours, it would be better to wait for tonight's dose.

Missing a single dose is usually not a problem. However, if you are not feeling well because of the missed dose (e.g. you feel dizzy), it would also be possible to take your dose earlier today (not again tonight), and continue tomorrow on your regular schedule.
