What is the strongest/effective brand of antihistamines for seasonal allergies? It's mostly for the stuffy/runny nose.

Do you also have associated eye symptoms (watery eyes, itchy eyes)?

Do you have itching in your nose?

Do you consider your symptoms to be fairly mild or rather uncomfortable?

Thank you for the clarification. I would suggest Aerius 5 mg. This product does not cause drowsiness and is usually taken only once a day, which makes it very convenient during allergy season

This anti-histamine is effective for eye symptoms (you don't have any), itchy nostrils and sneezing. However, it is not really effective against nasal congestion. After several days of taking it regularly, the nasal congestion may go away on its own

If it doesn't work, you could write me again in a few days and I might be able to prescribe you an intranasal cortisone pump (some conditions apply though). It would be effective for all the symptoms including the nasal congestion.
