The situation you describe certainly deserves to be analyzed by a doctor. A lump of this size is not normal and could be many things (congestion in the breast tissue, hematoma, etc.). A doctor is the best person to analyze this lump and initiate the most appropriate treatment.

So I urge you to go see a doctor soon.
