Despite the fact that I take care of myself, what can I do to help?

I am not able to ovulate. I had a C-section delivery 14 months ago. I've been trying for another child for 7 months now. I've been doing ovulation tests for 3 months and nothing. I don't have a family doctor

Hello,
In order to answer properly, I need to validate some information.
Do you still have menstruation?
Are you regular? How long does a cycle last (from one period to the next)?

Hello, yes my cycles last between 26-29 days

IF you are menstruating, you should normally be ovulating. Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before your period starts. Sometimes the body may skip an ovulation from time to time. It is also possible that your ovulation is so rapid that the test cannot detect it properly
What test have you tried to find your ovulation and how did you use it?

I use the Biomedic ovulation prediction test. I do it in the morning when I get up. I dip the rod in a small container (I find it works better). I have been doing it every morning of each cycle for the past 3 months.

The little bar is always pale.

So your hormone peak (peak detected by the test) may indeed be at a time other than the morning and may not be detected if the peak is rapid and short
Unfortunately, there are not many effective options for predicting the LH peak associated with ovulation. Some women can use the body temperature trick, but this is a test that is much less accurate than the test sold in pharmacies. In your situation, it might be advisable to combine this method with the Biomedic test. The body temperature normally increases by 1 degree about 24-48 hours before the LH peak. Perhaps this way you can better assess when you are ovulating in your cycle
If after 12 months of trying, you are still experiencing difficulties, it is recommended to consult a fertility doctor (but not before 12 months).
