I have a stomach ache and I have trouble going to the bathroom, what should I do?

I have had a big stomach ache for 4 days, my stomach ache is located in the lower part of my stomach, a feeling of heaviness and pain and then in the middle of my stomach (below my chest) it seems that I have a constant pressure which is very unpleasant. I have had this pain all the time for the last 4 days but it develops more specifically after eating. I have tried taking gravols, tums, advils, tylenols but nothing helps.

Hi, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Do you have any other symptoms like bloating or gas, constipation? Have you tried anything to get a bowel movement?
Are you taking any other medications right now?

I have tried lax a day but it only softens my stool so it doesn't really help it come out. I have bloating but not really gas. I'm constipated and I'm not taking any other medication.

Thanks for the information!
If Lax-A-Day was partially effective, you could take it twice a day for a few days, or add Senokot which can help, but can cause cramps.
I invite you to drink a lot of liquids, cold or hot according to your preferences, and for the next few days to favor light foods like soups, broths, toast with butter, eggs, etc.
If the situation persists for more than a week or worsens, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I hope I have been helpful, I remain available if you have any further questions
