Hello Mrs.,
In fact, the pain near the anus can be caused by several reasons such as hemorrhoids or anal fissures (especially if you are constipated and you force yourself to go to the stool).
how can you describe this pain to me? Burns, electric shocks, etc.
have you ever had hemorrhoids or anal fissures? Have you used any creams in the meantime to help?
If I have a little more information to be able to advise you well.
thank you

When I applied petroleum jelly thinking it was dry, I felt a pimple that I believe is the cause of the pain and tingling. I make a movement I will feel pain Do you have any advice on creams etc. where I should consult?
I have never had any anal fissures. The pimple is located close to the anus hole

The bump you feel could be the beginning of a hemorrhoid or a small infection/ingrown hair.
i would advise you to apply Anusol mixed with polysporin as an ointment 3 to 4 times a day and monitor the size of the bump and the pain. If there is no improvement within 3 days, you should consult for oral antibiotics.
Make sure your stool is soft so as not to exacerbate the problem and symptoms.
if you need more information, please do not hesitate.
thank you
