Hello, Can you tell me what was done to relieve you? How did it start? Do you suffer from seasonal allergies? Sinus rinse can be done more frequently if needed. An anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen or naproxen) instead of acetaminophen may be of some benefit. A nasal corticosteroid may be helpful, but the effect is not immediate.
