My daughter has a cold and a headache?

28-year-old woman3 years ago
My daughter has had a cold since Monday, August 30. Since Sunday September 5th, she has been complaining of a headache. She also complained of an earache but did not mention it again yesterday or today. She does not have a temperature. Could her headache be due to her congestion? What should I do to relieve her? Should I consult?

Hello, thank you for your question!
It's hard to say if the headache is secondary to the congestion. In any case, you can give him acetaminophen (Tylenol, Tempra or other brands) if it comes back
For congestion, I strongly suggest using saline solution such as Hydrasense or Salinex to clean the sinuses. Nasal hygiene can be done as often as needed during the day
I am also reassured that there are no other symptoms; for the moment, just observe the situation before going to see a doctor.
I hope I have been helpful to you, please do not hesitate if you have any further questions!
