For runny throats, a stronger spray than a vaporizer is suggested such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse. However, if the spray works for you, know that you can use it as often as needed during the day.

It is not abnormal to experience mild tenderness or pain in the nodes during times of illness. It does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it is mild and temporary. I only suggest for now to monitor the situation and avoid touching or massaging the area as this can irritate it.
