Headaches every day: what could be the cause?

There are a multitude of causes for persistent headaches. That said, when headaches are unrelenting or occur almost daily, it is best to go see a doctor to determine the exact cause so that you can treat it properly. The doctor will be able to determine if the headache is coming from postural disorders (tension headaches) or a particular component of your life (stress, reduced sleep, diet).
