I have a headache, I am exhausted... What is the solution?

Hello, I took drixoral for 20 days in a row. Then I stopped taking it and since then I have a very bad headache. I have a heartbeat in my head that is not always in the same place. I consulted the doctor who prescribed me naproxen but without positive results. Do you have any idea what could help me? Thank you
