I always have a headache and it gets boring. I wake up with it and go to bed with it! What to do?

Hello Ma'am,
Headaches, also called headaches, are a common condition. They can be relieved with over-the-counter medications such as Advil or Tylenol. However, if your headaches become very frequent or if they are very severe and accompanied by other symptoms , it could be a condition other than a simple headache.
So, I recommend keeping a headache diary where you can record the type of headache (location, continuous or throbbing), intensity, duration, and treatments taken to relieve you. I also invite you to visit the following site here for more information on managing a headache.
In your case, I would suggest trying over-the-counter medications for relief. If the headaches persist or are not relieved by the OTC medications after 2 weeks of use, you should consult a doctor.
If you have a severe headache, auras , either visual alterations, or other associated symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to light, I would advise you to go directly to a doctor as it could be a migraine.
I hope I've answered your question!"
Happy day,
