Hello, ma'am,
Naproxen and Advil are both in the same family, so you should not take them at the same time. Tylenol is compatible with naproxen.
I hope I've been of some help to you, and I'm available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Great thank you so much for my answer! And if I have a sore neck can I take one of his creams? Is it compatible with naproxen?

These creams contain anti-inflammatory drugs as well so it is not recommended to use them if you are taking naproxen or Advil.

Is there any kind of cream that can be put on the neck that is compatible with naproxen!

A cream without an anti-inflammatory agent, such as a menthol-only cream like Deep Relief, or any moisturizing cream that can be applied to massage the painful area.
