I have back pain, breast pain and stomach pain, what can it be?

Since yesterday I have back pain, the pain goes to my breasts, stomach cramps and it lasts about 10 minutes and goes away but it is very painful. My mother and my sister have had gall bladder attacks, could this be it?

However, it is currently impossible to determine the source of your pain, unless it is due to physical exercise, an injury or a wrong movement. Therefore, if the situation persists or worsens, you should consult a physician for a thorough evaluation of your condition
