My kidneys are still hurting, I have a terrible headache/migraines and fever, what can I do?

Hello, I received a diagnosis of acute pyelonyphritis in the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, at the hospital. I went out Wednesday morning without fever... but the fever finally came back and I control it with tylenols but now the migraines are very intense. The tylenols calm my fever but not my head.

Hello ma'am, did you receive treatment for your pyelonephritis diagnosis?
Are you currently taking any other medications? Do you have any allergies or intolerances, are you pregnant or trying to become pregnant?

Thank you for the information.
Tylenol or Advil is still the first choice if you have no contraindications to taking it (which your pharmacist can confirm). Advil would be more effective in case of migraine, if you take it with food. You can take it at the same time as the antibiotic (again, after checking with your pharmacist as a precaution)
I will be available if you have any further questions!
