My chest hurts after I eat. What could it be?

I feel like it heats up between my breasts about 20-30 minutes after eating. I have anxiety so I don't know if it's related. I don't take any medication except my birth control pill. I am obese.

Anxiety may be at play, but so may conditions such as acid reflux (especially if it happens only after eating).

To find out for sure, you should see a doctor.

As the pandemic is causing great challenges at the doctor's office, perhaps you could try services such as Hello Health or Maple if your doctor can't see you within a week.
