I am in good health. I am 30 years old and I am a non-smoker. I work physically every day. The incident happened during a ski-doo ride, I had to force my ski-doo out of the snow and it was -16 outside.

Hello,
If it is not a "false move" that may have caused pain in the chest (your ribs), you should seek medical attention immediately. You would need to make sure that these are not signs of angina in the chest that could turn into a heart crisa. If you think it is more of a back pain that you are feeling in the center of your body, I suggest that you rest and seek medical attention if the pain does not subside in the next few days. If you are not sure what is causing the pain, I suggest you take no chances and consult a doctor. This also applies if your symptoms get worse.
