Hello,
Over-the-counter muscle relaxants such as methocarbamol and orphenadrine are not recommended in pregnancy due to the lack of data supporting their use in pregnant women. It is preferable to use cyclobenzaprine as a muscle relaxant during pregnancy. However, this medication requires a prescription to be served in a pharmacy. You may want to discuss this with your doctor who is monitoring your pregnancy.
Also pay attention to the topical pain relievers you use (muscle cream) as not all of them can be used in pregnant women due to limited data to assess the risks. Which cream are you using exactly?
Have a nice day,
