Hello, since a few days I have a sore throat and I swallow also I cough a little and I am a diabetic mother of type 1 who breastfeeds I would like to know if I can consume the cepacol lozenge which contain benzocaine to freeze the throat a little thank you

Hello Mrs, Yes, you can take this product if you are breastfeeding, if you follow the manufacturer's dosage. I also suggest taking Tylenol and I encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, depending on your preference.
