I have a sore throat and cough. Can I use Vicks ointment and Halls or Cepacol lozenges when I am 7 weeks pregnant?

Hello Ma'am,
No, during pregnancy I am of the opinion that Halls or Cepacol lozenges should be avoided (they are replaced with honey lozenges, which are often found to be very effective), and Vicks.
Simply use Tylenol™ Extra-Strength to help the honey lozenges and relieve your sore throat.
To reduce coughing, you can also reduce the amount of mucus in your nose and running down your throat by using a product like Sinus Rinse™ twice a day (compatible with pregnancy).
Happy day,
