Hello, thank you for your question.
These symptoms are quite "general" and can be related to many things. Are you experiencing a fever? Are you having trouble breathing? Is the cough dry or greasy (with secretions)? When you blow your nose, are the secretions colored and thick or clear and liquid? How long have your symptoms lasted?
This information will help me better guide you.

This has been going on for three days, I have no fever and rarely cough. Also, the secretions are clear. Thank you!

The symptoms you describe to me can mean many things. It could be a simple cold or seasonal allergies, for example. Do you have other allergy symptoms like itchy nose or eyes? If so, an antihistamine like Reactin or Claritin could be tried.
Otherwise, Tylenol or even lozenges could be used to relieve your sore throat.
Watch for the onset of fever or worsening cough. Under the current circumstances, you may be required to be tested for COVID-19. However, if the cough is not your main symptom and remains occasional, I would be surprised if this is where your situation is headed. If in doubt, you can call 1-877-644-4545 for more information.
I remain available for more information if needed.
