For now, I suggest that you hydrate a lot, and if possible, take restful days. If you are not pregnant (or trying to become pregnant), have no allergies or contraindications, taking ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin and other companies) could help with the aches and pains, and the headache and throat, but you must take it with food.
