I have had a sore throat for 1 month. I have big red bubbles and a big lump in the back of my throat. What should I do?

When the cough and sore throat have been present for more than 3 weeks, it is best to go see a doctor. This is especially true when the symptoms you describe (lump in the back of the throat) are present.
