My throat is sore and both tonsils are red. I finished my strep antibiotics yesterday morning

Hello, I had strep throat last week. I finished my antibiotics on Monday morning and since then, my sore throat is back... It's not as bad as last week, but I'm worried that my strep isn't quite healed. No I don't have any other symptoms. My sore throat has gotten worse since yesterday. I have to take tylenols and advil to relieve it. I had a strep test which turned out to be positive. I went back on antibiotics. Thanks for your help!
