My left nut has been hurting since last night. I think it happened when I sat down. What to do?

It's not a big pain and doesn't hurt when I'm in a comfortable position but as soon as I move my left leg I have pain (especially between the balls and my leg) what should I do?

Hello Sir,

Usually, this type of pain goes away on its own after a few hours and is often due to a twist in one of the ducts that connect the testicle to the "inside" of the body.

Is it gone now?
