Thank you for your question!
Would it be possible to know if the pain is at the end of the day, or any time?
thank you in advance

It's mostly when I sit at work during the day, the longer I sit the worse it is, I feel like my legs are swollen. It's not a muscle pain, it feels more like it's venous. It is very unpleasant, I try to massage, stretch my legs and lift my thigh from the chair to take the pressure off. It's a pressure pain on the outside of the left thigh and the right side thigh ok. I also have some mini varicose veins the size of a pencil line on both thighs.

Thanks for the feedback!
I believe that a physiotherapy consultation would be your best option. Physiotherapists are in the best position to assess the pain, develop a treatment plan with you, and help prevent pain in the future. Most group insurance plans cover this type of service.
