Hello,
Since your question is related to a pain and it is important for me to understand this pain in order to advise you, I have a few questions for you.
Following your answers, I will be in a better position to direct you towards the ideal resource or product for your situation:
  1. Can you describe your pain?
  2. Does the pain seem to radiate elsewhere as well (e.g. back pain with the feeling that a nerve is trapped in the back of the leg)?
  3. How long has this pain been present?
  4. Does it still hurt? If not, when does it hurt and when does it not hurt at all?
  5. Have you tried anything to relieve your pain?
  6. What is the intensity of your pain? (0/10=no pain and 10/10=worst pain of your life)
Thank you in advance, I will answer you as soon as possible.

Can you describe your pain? It's like a fist of pain, a discomfort that's hard to explain.
Does the pain seem to radiate elsewhere as well (e.g. back pain with the feeling that a nerve is trapped in the back of the leg)?
Yes, burning feelings in the lower back on the same side
How long has this pain been present?
It's not the 1st time, it comes and goes, I'm in my ovulation week, maybe it's related?
Does it still hurt? If not, when does it hurt and when does it not hurt at all?
It was worse in the evening yesterday, but this morning only a little discomfort.
Have you tried anything to relieve your pain?
How bad is your pain (0/10=no pain and 10/10=worst pain of your life)
Yes putting heat seems to help, massaging also, I felt like a lump where there is pain (which seems to be the shape of the intestines, maybe due to the constipation I sometimes suffer from?) Pain can be 4- 5/10

Thank you for the clarification!
It is true that some women experience pain during ovulation. These pains occur in the lower abdomen and generally on one side only (the side of the ovary where your ovulation takes place). It is a pain that usually lasts only a few hours, at most 24-48 hours.
I'm glad to read that your pain has already improved!
If you have this kind of pain again, you can continue to use heat if it helps. You may also want to talk to your pharmacist to see if taking pain medication is an option for you.
If your pain persists, worsens (becomes very sharp and acute), you have a fever or your general condition is affected (e.g. extreme fatigue, loss of appetite), it would be advisable to consult an emergency physician.
I remain available and hope to have answered your question,
Pierre-Luc Tremblay, pharmacist
