My right kidney hurts only when I stand. What should I do?

I have had this pain twice, for 1 week at the beginning and towards the end of my pregnancy. My doctor blamed it on my pregnancy but it started again... what could it be due to?

In order to determine the exact cause of this pain, and especially in order to find the most appropriate treatment, I highly recommend that you consult a physiotherapist. He or she will be able to examine you and find the structure that is causing the pain. He will be able to prescribe treatments as well.
