Hello, sorry to read about your troubles!
First of all, I suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as necessary during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Cleansing nasal secretions can reduce the backward flow of secretions, which often causes coughing and pressure in the sinuses and ears
A decongestant nasal spray could be tried, but it should not be used for more than 3 to 5 days in a row. You should also consult your pharmacist before trying this product if you are pregnant (or trying to become pregnant) or breastfeeding.
Continue the Tylenol and drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot, as you prefer.
If it persists for more than a week or gets worse, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, so don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
