I am taking sertraline and vyvanse and would like to know what supplements I can take without having side effects on my regular medication.

I don't know if I mentioned that I regularly take sertraline and Vyvanse daily.

Thank you for your patience while I checked!
I have not found any major problems with the majority of the products you mention. However, ashwagandha can cause dizziness and drowsiness, which may be increased if your medications are causing these for you.
Finally, activated charcoal may decrease the absorption of your medications, and there is no consensus on the recommended time of administration, so I recommend avoiding it.
Sincerely,

Great! Thank you so much. I am going to avoid ashwaganda and activated charcoal. So, if I understand correctly, I can take magnesium, zinc, vitamins, vitamin D3 and grains for digestion without problems? Is there a brand you would suggest?

I don't know what grains you are talking about? Do you have a specific product in mind?
