Hi, have you tried anything for this, or consulted a doctor?

hello, I had consulted a doctor at the beginning of my symptoms which were only redness, tingling, swelling, burning skin, patches and pimples. but I have the impression that my symptoms are getting worse and I do not see my doctor for several weeks!

Thanks for the feedback.
The first line of treatment is to avoid the possible causes. In your case, protecting yourself from the cold (toque, scarf, gloves, adequate boots, etc.) when you go out would be a first step
I have found a few studies reporting a possible efficacy for cold urticaria by taking an anti-histamine such as Claritin or Aerius 1 hour before exposure to the cold. If you are not taking any other medication, this could be a possible avenue as well
Finally, I would suggest using a fragrance-free cream and soap on the skin that is affected.
I hope I have been helpful to you, and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me
