Hello, I was able to observe this swelling 2-3 days ago, when I lie down I feel like there is something going down my throat.

If you see that it is still swollen in 5 days, then we should see a doctor.
In the meantime, you can try taking Tylenol™ or Advil™ to try to reduce the swelling and that feeling when you go to bed.
