I have a question about my birth control method I wanted to add some details: i get migraines about 4x a year, and before it starts I have blurry vision and numbness in my face and hands. i have been on the pill (alesse) for about 8 years and evra for 2 years now. can i continue with this contraceptive method? thank you :) Hello, Okay. Good morning, ma'am, The use of combined hormonal contraceptives like Evra should be avoided if you have migraines with aura. Have you already discussed this with your pharmacist?
