What is the time interval between 2 doses of Ciprodex?

Hello, My almost 3 year old son has runny ears after a cold. He has tubes in his eardrums. I put Ciprodex drops in one ear at 1pm and the other one has just started to run. Since he will be asleep if I wait 12 hours between doses, I was wondering when to give him the next dose. We have an ENT appointment tomorrow morning.
