Hello,
Your situation sounds very uncomfortable and has been going on for more than 24-48 hours. I strongly recommend that you seek medical attention as soon as possible. It is my opinion that your situation requires a medical evaluation. If you do not have access to a physician, I suggest you use the following website: https://www.rvsq.gouv.qc.ca/fr/accueil to make an appointment quickly.
Be aware that if you experience confusion, severe stomach pain, stiff neck, high fever, or significant dehydration ( significant weakness, difficulty getting up, no urine for 8 hours, dark urine, dizziness), it would be important to seek emergency room care quickly.
In the meantime, to try to keep yourself hydrated, you can use an oral rehydration solution ex: Gastrolyte (available in pharmacies). These solutions will provide you with the different minerals your body needs that are not found in regular water. Avoid sugary drinks such as Gatorade (can increase nausea and vomiting).
Hopefully I have helped you, I remain available if you have any further questions.
