Hello, Following a triple fracture in my foot, I am on mandatory rest for 2 months without walking... the doctor prescribed Xarelto 10mg to prevent phlebitis. It's been 2 times that I feel like I'm going to faint when I'm on a crutch... When I take my pressure, it's low. Yesterday: 96/66

You do indeed seem to have a blood pressure value that is potentially low, given the dizziness you mention I would suggest getting out of bed or a chair slowly, and hydrating often during the day, especially in hot weather!
