My 3 year old son is congested and has red patches?

Can this be the 5th disease? My 3 year old son started having runny nose and congestion yesterday. He started coughing and had 1 very loose liquid stool yesterday. Negative covid test yesterday and today. He has had pimples and red patches on his buttocks since today. No fever and good mood. Is there a link with a childhood disease? As the general state is good, we continue rest and hydration ++? No fever, no other plaques or pimples Today there is hardly anything left 🤷🏻♀️

Hello Mrs Does your son have pimples anywhere other than on his buttocks, does he have a fever? Thanks for the feedback! As you mention, if your little one's general condition remains good, only the basic measures will be necessary for now: moisturizing with an unscented cream and using a fragrance-free soap as well.
