Hello, I have been taking Alyssena for several years now and I have noticed a decrease in my libido. Should I try some natural products? Should I change my contraception?

Hello,
Before I am able to give you a complete answer to your question, I have a question for you
Do you take medication regularly for any known health problems?
Answer (if not): The Alysena you are taking may be causing a change in libido (decrease in your case). That said, you should also explore other possible causes that may also play a role in your decreased libido (psychological stress, fatigue, etc)
One option for you would be to talk to your doctor about trying another birth control pill. You can also ask your pharmacist to send a fax to your doctor
Regarding a trial with a natural health product, I would not recommend this because to my knowledge, there is no such product that has a scientifically proven effectiveness to increase a person's libido.
If you have any other questions, I am available via the platform to answer you
Have a nice day
