I don't remember taking my lunchtime pill, how do I do that?

Hello, I am in the Invitro process and I have to take 4 lupin estradiol pills a day plus 3 endometrin pills a day. I can't remember if I took my pill at lunch. For the lunch dose I usually take it around 1:15-1:30 pm and for the evening dose it's around 8:15-8:30 am

Hello ma'am, would it be possible to know at what time you usually take the lunch and dinner doses? Thank you for the information. If you think you have forgotten your 1:15-1:30 dose, you can take it right away and the next one at the scheduled time. If there is any chance you took it and did not remember, do not take it again.
