I took letrozole and after my menstrual cycle, I had spotting (pink discharge). Is this normal and will I ovulate?

I took letrozole from day 3 to day 7 and my menstrual cycle lasted 6 days. I had a miscarriage in October and this is supposed to be my first normal period since I bled a lot after the curettage. I have pain in my lower abdomen since the new pink discharge.

Hello Ma'am,

Spotting like the one you describe can indeed be normal and does not necessarily indicate that you are ovulating.

The spotting should stop over the next 3 to 5 days. If it doesn't, I encourage you to consult with your treatment team.
