Humira is known to slightly increase blood pressure and some cases of arrhythmia are reported in the product monograph. It is important that you discuss this with your doctor to clarify the exact cause of these palpitations and to ensure appropriate follow-up.

Some forms of arrhythmias are benign but others require a closer follow-up. Don't delay too long to have all this checked by your doctor or ask your specialist

Also, can there be a link with the consumption of alcohol, although rather moderate, although more recurrent since my recent retirement?

There is no direct interaction with humira and alcohol. However, alcohol can have a definite impact on your cardiovascular health. You may want to experiment at home by reducing your alcohol intake to see if your symptoms improve until you see your doctor.
