Is it safe to take Lax-A-Day during pregnancy?

Lax-A-Day is safe every trimester, no problem taking it for constipation relief.

I encourage you to consume a lot of fiber (fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc.) and to drink a lot of liquids to soften the stool.
