I wash my hands often and they are extremely dry. Can you recommend an effective moisturizer?

I would just opt for a "regular" moisturizer (e.g. hand cream), as there is no indication at this point that you need a more "intense" cream.

That said, if it doesn't work with this first cream, you could try a cream like Prevex™, to be applied before bedtime and then put on small woolen gloves to prevent the ointment from soiling your sheets.
