Hello. What artificial tears do you recommend to replace Hylo 1 month post-lasik surgery? Hylo not covered. Thank you Post lasik operation eye drops

Hello, very good question! Hylo was prescribed because it does not contain preservatives, which is a rather irritating ingredient especially when applied often, as in the case of lubricating drops. It is a product that can hold up to 300 drops, and it has a good cost-benefit ratio :)
Unfortunately there are not many lubricating drops that are covered by insurance. However, there are other lubricating drops that do not have preservatives, such as Hydrasense drops, and products such as Systane Bion Tears, or Refresh Tears, which are available in single-use vials
