Thank you for the information. I would suggest if possible to give him the antibiotic in the middle of the feeding to help ease the discomfort, if it is caused by the antibiotic. If the situation seems tolerable, just monitor the situation. If other symptoms occur, I suggest consulting your pharmacist who can customize alternatives.
