Thank you for your question!
You can try using Amosan, but don't expect miracles. An alcohol-free mouthwash would be equivalent
If your symptoms prevent you from eating a lot, it is important to mention it to your treatment team. The severity of this side effect as you report it will direct future chemo treatments.
I hope this helps, and I am available if you have any further questions!

Is there anything I can do to make it go away faster? I'll mention it at my next treatment without fail but until then the only prescription they gave me is the magic mouth wash

For now, eat foods that are not too hard, spicy or acidic. Also, I suggest that you continue to brush your teeth at least 2x/day to avoid bacterial growth as much as possible. Use a toothbrush with soft or very soft bristles
Flossing is also very important, at least once a day
In pharmacies, we can also suggest a mixture called "pink lady": half and half Gaviscon or Maalox liquid with 2% viscous lidocaine (available at the back of the pharmacy counter), for gargling 3 times a day. However, the magic mouthwash you have most likely has very similar ingredients
If the situation does not improve, you should talk to your treatment team
Sincerely
