Does Jump Start 2 have the same composition as Jump Start 1?

I switched my 12 month old to a different kind of milk. He was on Good Start 1 (purple) and I switched to 2 (pink). It's been 3 nights. Since then he wakes up every 20 minutes at night. He was on Alimentum before and I switched to Good Start 1. It worked. He seems to react badly to the 2. Thank you! Could he have "too much iron"? Like it gives him a stomach ache?

Formula 2 may require a little more "effort" from the digestive system to digest.
